Overview
JEV Core is a private cloud-based automation project. It accesses connected services only after the user explicitly authorizes access.
Google and Gmail data
When Gmail is connected, JEV Core may access email messages, message metadata, and related Gmail information permitted by the OAuth scopes approved by the user. The current Gmail connection is configured for read-only access.
How data is used
Google user data is used only to provide user-requested JEV Core functionality, such as retrieving, organizing, summarizing, classifying, or analyzing email for the authorized user.
AI processing and service providers
When a user-requested workflow requires AI analysis, selected content may be transmitted to AI or infrastructure providers configured for JEV Core, including API gateway or model providers. Only information needed for the requested workflow should be sent.
Data sharing and sale
JEV Core does not sell Google user data and does not use Gmail data for advertising. Data is not shared except as necessary to operate user-requested workflows through configured service providers or when required by law.
Credentials and security
OAuth client credentials, API keys, and other secrets are stored using managed cloud secret storage. Access is limited to authorized JEV Core services and administrators.
Retention
JEV Core is designed to avoid retaining Gmail content unless retention is required by a user-requested workflow. Any retained data should be limited to what is necessary for that workflow.
Revoking access
A user may revoke JEV Core's Google access at any time through their Google Account security settings. Revocation prevents future access using the revoked authorization.

Google API Services User Data Policy
JEV Core's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs is intended to comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including applicable Limited Use requirements.
